Summit DISCOVERY Camps 2026 Policies & Agreements

By submitting this registration form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk & Participation
I understand that camp activities include indoor and outdoor recreation, games, crafts, STEM activities, and other programming that may involve inherent risks including but not limited to insect bites, sun exposure, slips, falls, and other potential injuries. I voluntarily assume these risks and give permission for my child to participate in all camp activities.

I agree to ensure that my child is properly dressed for camp activities and weather conditions. I understand that sunscreen should be applied before arrival and may be reapplied during the day. I authorize staff to assist with sunscreen application if needed.

I understand that Summit Christian Academy and Summit DISCOVERY Camps are not liable for injuries or occurrences arising from participation in camp activities, except as prohibited by law.

Behavior & Property Responsibility
I understand that Summit DISCOVERY Camps reserves the right to dismiss any participant for inappropriate, unsafe, disrespectful, or dangerous behavior. In such cases, no refund will be issued. If my child damages property as a result of their actions, I agree to be financially responsible for repair or replacement.

Payment & Refund Policy
Full payment is required at the time of registration. Payment secures and holds my child’s spot in the selected camp(s). No refunds will be issued once registration is complete, except in the event that a camp is canceled due to insufficient enrollment. If a camp is canceled by Summit DISCOVERY Camps, a full refund will be issued for that camp.

Lice Policy
I understand that parents must notify the school if their child is found to have lice. Students found to have lice will be sent home and may return only after appropriate treatment and clearance. All nits must be removed prior to return.

This agreement is binding for all weeks of Summit DISCOVERY Camps in which my child is enrolled during Summer 2026.
