  • Join the Atlantic Council’s Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center (AALAC) and the US-Mexico Foundation for its non-partisan, unpaid, non-residential fellowship program. The program seeks to bring together US and Mexican Congressional staffers and Atlantic Council experts to discuss critical issues for the bilateral relationship. The fellowship aims to provide policymakers in both countries with greater access and understanding.

Learn about key strategic topics shaping the US-Mexico relationship including the 2026 USMCA review, security, migration, and sports diplomacy. Open to congressional staffers, this program will take place virtually over five months and at the conclusion of the fellowship, each participant will receive a certificate of completion.

Applications close by 11:59 PM EST on Friday, March 27, 2026. Fellows will be selected through a competitive process, and the program will begin on April 29, 2026.
