Play Day Reservations

Optional play days are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:15-1:45 and costs $10 each play day. You MUST register on this form BEFORE 8:30am the morning of play day to reserve your child's space to ensure we have enough play day teachers. You may pay for the DAY or MONTH ONLY. Tuesdays, students bring their lunch in a throw away sack (everything must be disposable) and Thursdays we serve 2 slices of pizza and lemonade or water.
