This award is presented to the athlete who best demonstrates the qualities of its namesake: kindness, a positive attitude, and true sportsmanship, regardless of age, ability, or placements.
Criteria
Nominees
- All currently competing Alberta Athletes are eligible
Nominations
- Must be made by a registered athlete only
- The nomination must be submitted no later than the end of the day on April 15, 2026
- The nomination will be reviewed by the Awards Committee that consists of the ABTA Board of Directors
- Self-nominations and nominations by family members will not be accepted
The award will be presented at the 2026 Provincial Championships.
