FREE Shoot 360 Account Required

I understand and agree that all athletes must have a FREE Shoot 360 account before participating. This allows Shoot 360 Vero Beach to verify waivers and eligibility. If my athlete does not have an account, I will download the Shoot 360 app (not the website) and create the FREE account before the first day of camp.
Membership Pricing
*
I understand and agree that 4x/8x and Unlimited Member pricing is available only while the athlete’s Shoot 360 membership remains active and in good standing (not canceled, not past due, and not suspended) through the scheduled camp week. If the membership is canceled or becomes inactive before the registered camp week, the camp week will be repriced to the applicable non-member rate and the price difference must be paid prior to participation.
No Refunds (Single Week)

I understand and agree there are no refunds for any reason. My single-week camp payment is non-refundable, non-transferable, and has no cash value.
Credits Only (Summer Camp Only + Expiration)

I understand and agree that if a credit is issued, it is Summer Camp credit only (June 1–August 8, 2026), is non-transferable, cannot be used for memberships or other programs, has no cash value, and expires after August 8, 2026.
Weekly Cancellation Deadline (Credit Eligibility)

I understand and agree that to receive a credit for my registered week, I must cancel no later than Sunday at 12:00 PM (noon) prior to the start of that week. Cancellations after Sunday at 12:00 PM (noon) are not eligible for credit.
No Partial Week / No Proration

I understand and agree there is no proration for missed days. If my athlete attends any portion of the registered camp week (1–5 days), that week is considered used and is not eligible for credit.
Injury / Medical Exception (Limited)

I understand and agree that injury or medical credits may be issued only at Shoot 360 Vero Beach’s discretion and may require documentation. Any approved credit must be used during Summer Camp 2026 (June 1–August 8, 2026) and expires after August 8, 2026.
Early Drop-Off (If Selected)

If I select Early Drop-Off, I understand and agree it is an added fee for this registered week, is non-refundable, and follows the same no-refund / credit-only policy above.
