1. What is the total number of people who will be living in the home on a permanent basis (please include if there is a baby on the way).
If you are comfortable, please select how many adults (ages 18 and older) will be residing in the home.
If you are comfortable, please select how many children (ages 17 and younger) will be residing in the home.
2. As per the National Occupancy Standard, if this is a 1 bedroom or bachelor suite, only 1 adult is permitted to reside in the home OR 2 adults, as long as they are part of a married or spousal couple. Children are not permitted.
3. Do you have any pets? (Please do not apply if pets are not permitted in the ad).
If you answered "yes" to pets: how many pets, type of pet(s), breed and weight (for canines only).

4. Do all applicants have good credit (660 or higher)? If you're unsure, most banks provide free access to your credit score, or you can request one free report per year from Equifax.
