  • Purpose

    The APRP Maturity Assessment measures a returning citizen's readiness, stability, and
    maturity level as they transition back into society. The assessment helps determine the level of support, coaching, and wrap-around services needed for long-term success.

  • Instructions

    Read each statement carefully. Rate how true each statement is for you right now. Answer honestly. Your total score will determine your current maturity level for
    reentry success. There are no right or wrong answers.
