Participant Waiver and Release of Liability
This waiver applies to participation in Tail District Social Club events and activities.
Health and Behavior Certification
My dog is current on Rabies, Distemper, and Parvo vaccinations.
My dog is healthy and flea free.
My dog has no known history of aggressive behavior.
Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in a dog social environment involves risk including bites, scratches, falls, dog fights, and property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation and my dog's participation.
Dog Owner Responsibility
I accept full responsibility for my dog's behavior and any injury or damage caused by my dog to other people, animals, or property. I agree to supervise my dog at all times and follow posted event rules.
Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless The Tail District Social Club, WhatsUpSCV, event venues, property owners, staff, vendors, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in Tail District events.
Media Release
I grant permission for photos or video of me and my dog taken during events to be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Continuing Waiver Validity
This waiver applies to all Tail District Social Club events and activities regardless of location. This agreement remains valid for one year from the date signed and applies to future attendance at Tail District events during that period.
