As you may know, in Wales we have been incredibly lucky the last few years to be able to fund the majority of expenses related to the British Transplant Games thanks to the generosity of our sponsors. Many teams receive no funding support whatsoever, and it is up to individual team members to cover the costs of attending.

We are fortunate to be in a position this year to support with some of the expenses:

Competitor Fee for all competitors
Supporter Fee for one parent for Junior competitors
TS Capitation Fee
Accommodation - limited to one hotel room (single, double or family) per competitor

Due to limited funding, competitors will need to cover all other expenses, including:

Supporter Fees
Social Costs (e.g. Optional Games T-Shirt, Closing Party)
Additional Accommodation (if you require more than one room)
Travel Expenses

Popham Kidney Support has kindly offered additional funding support for those who may not otherwise be able to attend - if you believe this applies to you, please speak to your team manager for more information on how to apply.

Any payments due will need to be made to the Team Wales bank account no later than Monday 25th May. Sophie (Adult Team Manager) or Bethan (Junior Team Manager) will be in touch after receiving your BTG Registration to confirm the details and explain how (if applicable) to make payment.
