Hog Pen Rental Sign-Up

Welcome to the Hog Pen rental sign-up form for the event.- There are Hog Pens numbered 1–106 available for reservation. If you need a pen for your Hog and for your tack this is two pens, thus you will need to select two pens. - Each Hog Pen can only be reserved by one person. Once a pen is taken, it is removed from the list and cannot be selected again.- To reserve your pen, complete the information below and pick your desired Hog Pen number(s).

Rules & Rental Terms

The Renter Agrees to the following terms and rules below: 

1. Renter will bring their own shavings - Washington County Expo does not supply.  

2. Renter is responsible for putting trash in green dumpsters and keeping the area around their pens in a clean sanitary condition at all times. Includes removing  zipties before leaving.  

3. Renters are responsible for their children, ensuring proper supervision at all times.  

4. Please no loud music or excessive noise that can be heard from at least 25 feet.  

5. Renter will not move, relocate, change any gate, or remove panels to make larger pens. If done so a Pen Modification Fee will be charged.  

6. Trailers can be parked only between Barn 1 and the Food Court - along the Independence Road Fence Line or in the Softball Field Across the road from Barn 3 - Gate D. Do not park under the Entertainment Plaza or the Food Court.  

7. Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. This is reason for immediate eviction without refund.  

8. Management reserves the right to refuse service, ask renter to vacate, or deny access to anyone under any circumstance it deems necessary. No refund if asked to vacate.  

9. Please let us know if RV Spots are needed ($30 for Full Service, $25 for elec/water only, and $20 for elec only.) We can provide our RV site map and will give you a separate RV Agreement.   

   I have read the Washington County Expo rules and agree that my group will follow them for the duration of our stay. Washington County assumes no responsibility for private property left in or around the Barn or anywhere on the Expo facility grounds. Washington County shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death to any person or animal, or for damage to property, occurring on the premises during the term of this agreement. WARNING: UNDER TEXAS LAW (CHAPTER 75A, CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE), AN AGRITOURISM ENTITY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY TO OR DEATH OF AN AGRITOURISM PARTICIPANT RESULTING FROM AN AGRITOURISM ACTIVITY.
