  If yours is an online membership to obtain tickets, collect the membership card when checking in, you will be given your Membership number in advance, so bring that number with you. If the front desk is busy and you have forgotten the number, it maybe too busy without delaying others behind trying to check in and you will have to leave it for another day. Same for anyone.
