  • This form is not an official consultation. It simply helps me get a better understanding of your hair history, goals, and expectations before your appointment.

    Please be sure to fill out the form FULLY & in as much detail as possible + read all the policies. 

    ⚠️ A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment for all colour services. 

    This is when we will discuss your hair in more detail, assess suitablity, and confirm your service. If a patch test is not completed at least 48 hours prior, your appointment will be rescheduled.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancelling within the 48 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in no longer being able to book future appointments with me until the fee is settled. More than 3 cancellations may result in restricted booking privileges. 

    Failure to attend your appointment with no notice will result in a 100% service fee being charged. You will not be able to book any future appointments with me until the no-show fee is paid in full. Repeated no-shows will result in permanent removal from my booking system. 

    Rescheduling is allowed once per appointment if the request is made 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Any rescheduling request under the 48 hours will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation fee will apply. 

    Please arrive on time. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. After the grace period, your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled depending on my schedule. If your service is cancelled due to lateness, it will be treated as a late cancellation and the cancellation fee will apply. Failure to pay the lateness cancellation will result in being unable to rebook. 

    No refunds/partial refunds are offered on services due to the time and products used. If there is an issue with your hair please contact me within 48 hours so i can assess and offer a correction if appropriate. Corrections are at my discretion and do not apply to: Failure to follow aftercare advice, changes of mind, work altered by another stylist.
