    Vendor Registration

  • We're excited to welcome vendors back for another season of the Grant County Farmers and Makers Market! This year marks our second year, and we're looking forward to continuing to grow the market and bring fresh food, handmade goods, and local products to our community.

    The market will be held every Tuesday, from May to August 2026, from 4:00pm - 9:00 pm at the Flodene Hertel Market Square, 100 N Main St, Ulysses, KS. Vendors are invited to register for the full season or individual market dates.

    Beginning this season, there will be a vendor fee for each market to help support market operations, promotion, and continued growth. Booth space is limited, and spots will be confirmed weekly once registration and payment are received.

  • 2026 Farmers & Makers Market Fees

    Payment will be due on or before the first market date. Additional payment details will be sent upon registration.

    • Full Season Vendor Pass ($120): This pass is for the full market season - May thru Aug 2026. Vendors that purchase this pass will be assigned a permanent booth space for the duration of the season
    • Half Season Vendor Pass ($75): This pass is for half of the market season - May 5 - June 30 & June 30 - Aug 25. Vendors that purchase this pass will be assigned a permanent booth space for the duration of their pass.
    • Monthly Vendor Pass ($40): This pass is for one month of the market season - May, June, July, & August. Multiple monthly vendor passes may be purchased. Permanent booth spaces will be assigned for the month depending on availability.
    • Weekly Vendor Pass ($10): This pass is for one week of the market season. Vendors that choose this option must pay by the Sunday before the market in order to be assigned a booth space for that week. Vendors may purchase as many of the weekly passes that are needed.

    The following affidavit must be signed and must accompany your registration before submission.

    I hereby agree to offer for sale at the Grant County Farmers & Makers Market, produce, meat, or homemade food/craft items, grown or made by me, my family, or my neighbors. I have itemized these products on the preceding pages. I understand that I am to produce, myself, the majority of what I sell.

    Furthermore, I acknowledge and agree to take full responsibility for all sales/promotional activities I conduct throughout the full season of the Grant County Farmers & Makers Market.

    I agree to hold blameless the City of Ulysses, Grant County and the Grant County Farmers & Makers Market for any claims (including cost, litigation expenses, counsel fees, and liabilities incurred) that might arise from my activities as a Vendor at the Market during the 2025 season.
