Roommate Selection: Guests choose their own roommates. The tour operator does not assign or guarantee roommates. Guests without a roommate pay a single supplement of $1,800.00. Do you agree with these terms?

Shared Space & Personal Items: Guests must keep personal belongings in their own space (closet, drawers, luggage). Shared areas should remain clear and accessible. Bathrooms and towels are shared equally. Please respect schedules, cleanliness, and each other’s personal items. Do you agree with these terms?

Independent Traveler Requirement: Guests must be able to manage their own luggage, personal care, and daily travel activities. Guests do not require mobility assistance, vision/hearing assistance, medical supervision, or personal care support from your roommate. Do you agree with these terms?

Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking in the room is prohibited. Alcohol must comply with hotel policies and local law. Do you agree with these terms?

CPAP or Sleep Devices: If you use a CPAP or similar device, disclose it to your roommate and coordinate placement, power needs, and quiet operation. You should inform hotel management if special accommodations are needed. Do you agree with these terms?

Financial Responsibilities: Each guest pays their own incidentals (mini-bar, laundry, room service, damages, etc.). If a roommate situation does not work out during the tour, each affected guest is responsible for securing a private room directly with hotel management at their own expense.
