Fair Housing CORE Course Required for 2026–2028 License Renewal

For the 2026–2028 broker and salesperson license renewal period, Missouri will require licensees to complete an approved CORE course in Fair Housing.

As a reminder, Missouri regulations require 12 hours of continuing education for each renewal period. This includes:
- 3 hours of CORE coursework, which must be a Fair Housing course for the 2026–2028 cycle
- 9 hours of elective coursework, of which 3 hours should cover the Code of Ethics
  Therefore, if a licensee chooses to take only one CORE course during the 2026–2028 renewal period, it must be the Fair Housing CORE course.
However, licensees also have the option to complete all 12 hours as CORE courses if they prefer.
