    • This Form: Please submit to this form the products and quantities you want to make available for us to purchase. Once registration closes, we will select ~450 kegs from all registrations for our order. You will be contacted with orders in early August.
    • Members-Only: All member breweries, brewpubs, and non-beer beverage producers are eligible to participate.

    THIS YEAR

    NEW This Year - Hard Seltzer Flight: Please submit your hard seltzers for the Fair. Customers often request seltzers at our exhibit, and we know these are good sellers for you in the summer months. 

    Continuing This Year - Award Winners Flight: If you submit a Brewers Cup Award Winning Beer (any place, any year), indicate so on the form below! Award-winning beers we purchase will be showcased on this special tapline and receive special promotions during the Fair.

    No NA Flight: We will not be offering an NA flight this year at the Fair. We enjoyed supporting NA customers at the Fair, but did not see adequat participation from breweries or neccessary customer demand to justify continuing this flight.

     

    DETAILS

    QUANTITIES: All registered members are guaranteed to have at least one keg purchased and poured during the Fair! There is no keg minimum, and all keg sizes are allowed.

    Please only submit the number of kegs you can guarantee! The amount of beer purchased is subject to change as needed throughout the Fair. Depending on Fair attendance, you may be asked to sell and bring additional beer during the fair.

    KEG SELECTION/EXCLUSIONS: Please make every effort to submit beers priced under $250/keg and provide discount pricing if you can. 

    Beers with offensive names, beers with nonstandard dispensing requirements (like nitros), and packaged beers will not be ordered. Our preference is low/moderate ABV beers for the Fair; we rarely order anything above a 9.

    PURCHASE, DISTRIBUTION, DELIVERY: Lancer Hospitality Group will purchase the beer directly from the distributors, self-distributing craft breweries, and brewpubs. We have a special carve-out in MN law to allow member brewpubs to sell their beer for our exhibit at the fair. After final selections are made, Lancer will contact the designated distribution contact regarding payment and delivery procedures. Kegs must be dropped off at our exhibit in the window specified by Lancer; empties must be picked up after the Fair.
