  • Thank you for choosing The Nelly Experience to bring your luxury dining vision to life! I’m honored to create a one-of-a-kind private chef experience where exceptional flavor, elevated presentation, and five-star hospitality come together to create unforgettable memories.

    I specialize in intimate luxury catering & private chef brunch and dinner experiences for up to 50 guests. Packages start at a minimum of $1,250+, with final pricing customized based on guest count, menu, location, service style, and additional selections.

     Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, milestone, private VIP event, brunch gathering, corporate function, housewarming, intimate wedding reception, bridal or groomsmen celebration, gender reveal or baby shower, TV/Movies/Podcast backstage cast and crew catering, vacation stay, or simply want to enjoy the luxury of having a private chef in your home, every experience is thoughtfully customized to fit your occasion.

     For clients who prefer a more convenient option, I also offer drop-off catering, with the option to include a simple yet elegant disposable setup for a polished presentation without the need for on-site service.

     I currently accept bookings up to 3 months in advance. You MUST book your date at least 10 days ahead of needed date. Short-notice requests may be accommodated with a minimum of 6 days’ notice, though availability is not guaranteed.
    If accepted, short-notice bookings require full payment upon confirmation instead of the standard 50% non-refundable deposit.

     

     For those seeking a more personalized culinary experience, I also offer full-day or week-long Private Chef Services for 1–12 guests. Each menu is thoughtfully curated around your lifestyle, dietary needs, and personal preferences, making your daily meals effortless while allowing you to focus on what matters most in your personal life.

    ONCE YOUR INQUIRY IS SENT, YOU WILL RECEIVE A RESPONSE WITHIN 24–48 HOURS VIA EMAIL. YOU WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION--ACCEPTING OR DENYING DATE DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY.

    IF ADDITIONAL EVENT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED, YOU'll BE ASKED TO SCHEDULE A 30-MINUTE CONSULTATION CALL TO GATHER ALL FINALIZED DETAILS NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR PERSONALIZED QUOTE. ONCE YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO MOVE FORWARD WITH SERVICES AFTER RECEIVING YOUR QUOTE, A 50% DEPOSIT BASED ON THE FULL QUOTE AMOUNT AND A SIGNED SERVICE AGREEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BEING SENT TO SECURE DATE.

    IF A SHORT NOTICE REQUEST IS ACCEPTED FOR YOUR DATE, YOU MUST PAY THE FULL QUOTED AMOUNT--SAME DAY THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED.


    PLEASE READ:     Service Agreement & Identity Verification

    In addition to your signed service agreement, clients must provide a clear photo of a valid government-issued photo ID for business verification and recordkeeping purposes. This requirement helps verify the identity of the individual entering into the agreement and serves as documentation of the agreed-upon services, pricing, and payment terms.

    These measures are in place to protect both The Nelly Experience and our clients against potential fraud, chargebacks, identity theft, or contractual disputes.

    The legal name used to sign the Service Agreement must exactly match the legal name shown on the valid government-issued photo ID submitted for verification. Any discrepancies may delay the booking process until the client’s identity has been successfully verified by Chef Nelly. All personal information and identification documents are kept strictly confidential, securely stored, and used solely for identity verification, business recordkeeping, and contractual purposes. They will never be sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party except when required by law or as necessary to enforce the terms of this agreement.

     NO DEPOSIT, NO BOOKING!

    IF YOU PAID A 50% DEPOSIT--THE REMAINING FULL BALANCE IS DUE 6 DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED SERVICE DATE. FAILURE TO SUBMIT FINAL PAYMENT BY THE DEADLINE MAY RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF SERVICES, LOSS OF SCHEDULED DATE AND PAID DEPOSIT.
