We are pleased to invite you to participate as a vendor/exhibitor at our upcoming Newcomer Welcome Event. This event is designed to connect newcomers with valuable community resources, services, and local businesses.

This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your services while helping newcomers feel informed, supported, and welcomed.

Join us as we celebrate diversity, build connections, and support individuals and families who are new to our community.

Event Insurance
**Event Insurance MUST be submitted in order to participate. Please email your certificate to jackie.stambene@saea.ca to be considered a vendor for this event.

Set up will be available between 9 am and 10:30 am on the day of the event. Vendors should be ready by 10:45 am as doors will open at 11 am for the public.

9 am-Set up can begin for all vendors

10:30 pm-set up completed by all vendors

10:45 am-11 am-Vendors will have exclusive shopping/viewing time before the event opens to the public.

11:00 am-3 pm-Event is open to the public
**Please submit application first and an invoice will be sent to you once application has been approved.
Agreement and Signature
By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms:

1) No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless SAEA cancels the program or event.
2) Right to Deny Application: SAEA reserves the right to deny or reject any application at its discretion, including but not limited to incomplete submissions or failure to meet eligibility requirements.

I affirm that I will be participating on April 18, 2026 and agree to all details set out in this application. If any changes are made that may affect any details in my application, I must notify Southern Alberta Ethnic Association immediately.
