Cancellations: They must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancelling within 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the sheduled service. Failure to pay the cancellation fee means you will no longer be able to book future appointments until the fee is settled. More than 3 cancellations may result in restricted booking privileges.
Changes & Modifications: Once we have reached an agreed upon service and your appointment is booked, changes or modifications MUST be made with no less than 48 hours notice. I do understand that budgets fluctuate and things come up and i will do my best to work around those, i just please ask for upfront communication regarding that. If you give less than 48 hours notice or no notice at all, you will be responsible for the full amount you originally booked for. If you choose to leave without service due to this, it will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation fee will apply. Failure to pay will result in no longer being able to book future appointments with me.
Rescheduling: Is allowed once per appointment if the request is made more than 48 hours before your scheduled time. Any rescheduling request under the 48 hours will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation fee will apply. Failure to pay will result in no longer being able to book future appointments with me.
No-shows: If you No-show you will be required to pay 100% of your total services. No future appointments will be booked until the fee is settled. After two no-shows you will be blocked from booking with me.
While i do understand that things come up & emergencies happen, i ask that you do your best to communicate with me in a timely manner.
Refunds, Re-do's & fixes: Due to product usage and time spent, i do not provide refunds once the service has been completed. If you are unhappy with the results of your hair, i ask you to please contact me within 7 days of your appointment. I will get you back in for any necessary adjustments. These adjustments will be free of charge to you.
