Thank you for your interest in participating in the annual Downtown Sun Prairie Night Market! There are a limited number of vendor spots available across different vendor categories. Vendors will be approved on a first come, first received basis after completing the event application. If your category is full or there is another vendor that sells the same goods, you will be waitlisted.

General Event Details

• Dates: Thursday, July 23 & August 27, 2026
• Time: 5:00 – 8:30 pm
• Location: Cannery Square and Market St - Downtown Sun Prairie
• Set Up Time: 3 pm – 4:45 pm
• Tear Down Time: 8:30 pm – 9:30 pm
• Booth Size: 12 ft x 12 ft
• Vendors are required to provide everything they need for their booth (tent, tables, chairs, lights, etc).
• There is no power available, vendors will need to use generators if they need power.
• Booths will be set up on the street, limited shade is available.

Pricing:

The vendor fee includes participation on both Night Market dates (July 23 and August 27). If you can only attend one event, the fee remains the same.

• Free – BID Members
• Early Bird Pricing for vendors that register by April 30
  • $40 – Sun Prairie Farmers Market Vendors
  • $60 – General Market Vendors
• $75 – All vendors outside of the BID after April 30

Fees are non-refundable. The event will take place rain or shine but may be canceled in the case of severe weather. If weather causes a cancellation, the event will not be rescheduled.

Vendors are required to have a Seller's Permit (or exemption code) and Certificate of Insurance (or liability insurance).

In consideration of the opportunity to participate in this activity, I hereby release the Sun Prairie Business Improvement District, its Board, other Vendors, and the City of Sun Prairie and its employees, officers, and agents for any and all loss resulting from damage to my person or property, including death, which may arise out of my presence at and/or participation in this activity.

Further, I expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sun Prairie Business Improvement District, its Board, other Vendors, and the City of Sun Prairie and its employees, officers, and agents against any and all claims or damages, costs or expense incurred by the Sun Prairie Business Improvement District and the City of Sun Prairie and its employees, officers, and agents as a result of any accident or injury which might arise out of my activities participating in the Night Market.

I acknowledge that I have read and am familiar with the rules and policies governing the Downtown Sun Prairie Night Market. I acknowledge that I received Night Market Rules as part of this application and said rules are hereby incorporated by reference as it is fully set out herein. I have read, understand, and agree to abide by said rules and this agreement. I shall be responsible for compliance with all applicable State, County, and City laws, regulations and ordinances.

Applicant has obtained liability insurance naming the Sun Prairie Night Market and the City of Sun Prairie its employees, officers, agents as additional insureds under the policy of liability insurance and will provide certificate of insurance and necessary endorsements as required by the City of Sun Prairie.
