    Come Back California is a one-day gathering designed especially for Senior Pastors and their spouses.

    If you’re interested in attending the Come Back California Pastors’ Conference, please complete the form below. Once your information is verified, you’ll receive a registration link by email.

    Priority will be given to Senior Pastors who currently lead churches with traditional weekly in-person services (online-only churches are not included).

    Associate pastors are welcome to apply with their Senior Pastor’s permission and will be placed on a waitlist as space allows. (Associate pastors need to fill out their own form. Please do not include multiple registrations on one form.)

    We look forward to connecting with leaders who are passionate about strengthening their churches and serving their communities across California.

    CONFERENCE HOURS: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm

    LOCATION: Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Hotel & Spa, Huntington Beach, California

    COST: Free (There is no cost for admission.)*

    *Registration Deposit:
    To help ensure attendance, a $300 deposit is required during the online registration process. The deposit will be fully refunded after the registrant attends the in-person conference.

    This deposit is required for all registrations—whether for individuals or couples, for those attending the one-day conference, or for those staying overnight at the hotel.

    REGISTRATION OPTIONS:

  • Assistant Pastors, Associate Pastors, Ministry Leaders, Ministry Staff, and Organizations:

    Our conference is designed specifically for senior pastors and their spouses. Associate pastors and church staff are welcome to submit a request to register—with their senior pastor’s permission—and will be placed on a waitlist.

    Please complete the information below to be considered. If space becomes available, you will receive an email notification.

    All individuals placed on the waitlist will be notified by April 10, 2026, regarding their registration status. If a spot becomes available, you will receive an email confirming your acceptance.

  • SENIOR PASTORS: Once you submit this form, and your information is verified, and space is available, you will receive a confirmation email within 1–2 days with a link to complete your registration.

    ASSOCIATE PASTORS/MINISTRY LEADERS/ORGANIZATION LEADERS: Once you submit this form, you will receive an email confirmation within 1-2 days confirming receipt of your submission and that you have been placed on our waitlist.
