I acknowledge that while I can select my preferred building and site size, final placement is at the discretion of the Performance Pulse Expo team and may be subject to change. I will be advised of my placement in due course.
As an Exhibitor, I understand that any vehicle will need to be bumped in the day prior to the event. The Expo team will provide scheduled bump-in times closer to the date, and they appreciate your cooperation with these timings. All vehicles and exhibits will be securely housed overnight in the building with 24-hour security. Parking for trailers (if required for non-drivable vehicles) will also be available and monitored with 24-hour security overnight and throughout the event.
