Boxed Lunches Order Form

MENU ITEMS*:

Greek Buddha Bowl: Mixed greens, pearl couscous & red grains, diced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion basil, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, vinaigrette
Served with grilled Mediterranean chicken, or roasted tofu

Salmon Power Bowl: Blend of super food salad mix, quinoa, green garbanzo, edamame, tomatoes, vinaigrette

Santa Maria BBQ Salad: Chopped salad mix, corn & black bean salsa,
goat cheese, rainbow carrots, tortilla strips, BBQ ranch
Served with BBQ rubbed chicken or roasted tofu

Tomato Basil Garden Caprese Wrap: Fresh mozzarella, vine-ripened tomatoes, chopped basil, baby arugula, spinach herb tortilla, balsamic reduction, oregano oil, vinaigrette
(Vegan option available – substitute mozzarella for marinated tofu) 

Angus Top Round Beef Sandwich: White cheddar, red onion, green leaf, tomato, garlic aioli, whole wheat Kaiser Roll

Turkey BLT Croissant: Natural turkey breast, Smoked Gouda, Applewood smoked bacon, heirloom tomatoes, green leaf lettuce, sprouts, pesto aioli.

PRICING:

• $17 - Sandwich or Salad Only
• $19 - Sandwich or Salad with chips and a drink (drink and chip selections available at pickup)

HELFPUL INFO TO CONSIDER: 

• We have included a flat-rate fee of $2.50 per order to help us cover credit card payment fees. Thanks for understanding.
• The hotel restaurant WILL NOT be open during lunch (they will close daily from 11am - 3pm). 
• You MUST order in advance. Boxed lunch orders will NOT be taken at the conference. 
• No modifications will be accepted. With 500+ of us to feed it's just too difficult to manage. Thank you for understanding.
• Both salads on the menu come with either chicken OR sliced avocado. Read the options carefully and make sure you are selecting the proper item. (NOTE: The avocado option makes this dish vegetarian and it will be marked with a (V) in the dropdown menu.)
• No refunds will be given if you do not pick up your boxed lunch on a day that you have ordered one. After 1:00pm, any unclaimed boxed lunches will be offered up to the attendees.
