Booking terms and conditions
1. Confirmation: If you do not receive a confirmation email within 5 working days, please contact the Booking Officer.
2. Prices: All prices are subject to change. General museum entry is free of charge; however, charges apply for some exhibitions. SparkLab is a ticketed exhibition. School programs led by museum staff are charged and include GST. A group discount to SparkLab and ticketed exhibitions applies for 10+ students or children only.
3. Payment: Full payment is required six weeks before your visit. Payment is required within the terms stated on the invoice. Payment may be made via direct deposit or by major credit card.
4. Notice of Cancellation: All cancellations must be advised in writing by email. If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before the visit a $90 admin fee will be charged. If the student numbers drop below 10, the school will be charged for the minimum booking requirement (10 students).
5. Queensland Museum does not accept responsibility for the damage or loss of goods left on the premises prior to, during or after a booking.
