Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before You Begin
All information provided in this form will be used in the new workshop pages of the official Mud Trail brochure, so please ensure it is accurate and complete.
Before starting your application, please gather all required assets, including high-quality photos of your work and a clear description of your practice.
To participate in either or both of the Workshop Days (Friday 21 and Monday 24 August 2026) adjoining the Mud Trail, you will need to:
- Be a current member of North Coast Ceramics.
- Hold active Public Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $20,000,000 that includes your studio over the Workshop date.
- Fully completed and submitt your application form by midnight on March 31st, 2026.
Incomplete or late applications may not be accepted.
Process and costs:
1. You submit a seperate EOI for each workshop you wish to run. Whether you are signed up for MudTrail or not, all EOIs will be assessed to determine a good spread of subjects, levels and locations for the Workshops. That is, we will not schedule workshops covering the same material and level in very close proximity to each other.
2. Once the subcommittee has considered all the applications, they will advise you if you have been successful or not. If you have been successful they will send you an invoice, if appropriate, for the advertising costs (see next point).
3. If you have signed up to open your studio for Mud Trail there will be no extra advertising cost to you for the Workshop Days. If you only wish to participate in the Workshop Days and you are a member of North Coast Ceramics, you will be charged a $100 advertising fee and this will need to be paid by 30 April 2026.
4. We will be utilising Humanitix or similar for publishing and managing signups for Workshops. They will apply a 4% per enrolment processing fee for each enrolment. In addition, North Coast Ceramics will apply a 5% per enrolment management fee.
5. Your payout will occur within 14 days of the event and will be net of these two fees.
