  • Form 2a - Team Manager Checklist

    Submitted prior to each round
    • Form 2A shows how Team Managers are to care for their Riders and vehicles. 
    • The "2026 Design & Construction Specifications" must be read, with items referred to below by number/section
    • Although Team Managers have overall responsibility, other Team members can fulfil various items.
    • All Team Members have to be part of Team protocols and ethos to meet the Items below.
    • Items 1 - 3 are about Rider training, with Rider fitment covered in Items 4 - 14.
    • Items 15 - 18 are vehicle maintenance checks.
    • Items 19 -22 are for Training and Events and are significantly helped by Team Protocols.

  • Please complete the rider list below.
    All riders must have completed the online Form 3 - Risk Warning and Waiver of Liability. Upon completion they will have received their Rider ID Number in the Format PPR-RIDER-26-XXXX

    As the Team Manager, you must have a record of their Rider ID Number and enter this in the below document.

    Please remember:

    • In categories S1 (Primary School) S2 (Middle School), and S3 (Senior School) you are required to have a minimum of 6 riders. 
    • Mixed Categories must have a minimum of 50% Female riders.
    • Categories are bound by age (community) and age/year level (school) please ensure your riders adhere to these rules

    Support Personnel.
  • Please provide a list of your team's essential staff/support personnel below. They may be contacted if the Team Manager cannot be reached.

    Each entry/trike is required to provide a minimum of 2 Track Marshals that have completed the 2024, 2025 or 2026 AIPP Inc./PPR Track Marshal Training https://ahpvss.com/education/ 

    All track marshals must have trained/retrained in 2024, 2025, 2026. They will have been given a Marshal Training Number on completion of the online training package. Please ensure this is included below.
