The Nest Sessions – Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
Submitting this form reserves a place only and does not confirm your booking.
To secure your place, payment must be made via bank transfer using the details below. Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been received.
Please include your child’s name and session date as the payment reference so we can match your payment to your booking.

2. Session Suitability
The Nest Sessions are designed for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and their families. Parents or carers must remain on site and are responsible for supervising their children throughout the session.
3. Session Times
Sessions run at the advertised times. You are welcome to come and go as you please and their is no expectation to stay for the full session.
4. Health, Medical and Additional Needs
Parents or carers must provide accurate information about their child’s needs, medical conditions, allergies, or additional support requirements when completing the booking form. This helps us create a safe and supportive environment for all children.
5. Behaviour and Safety
We aim to create a calm, inclusive and respectful environment for everyone. If behaviour puts others at risk, staff may ask families to support their child in a quieter area or, in rare cases, leave the session. We will help and support all parents/ carers wherever we can.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
If you are unable to attend, please inform us as soon as possible so we may offer the space to another family. Refunds may not be available for cancellations made close to the event.
7. Photography and Media
Photos may occasionally be taken during sessions for promotional purposes. Consent will always be requested on the booking form. Children will not be photographed without parental permission.
8. Liability
While all reasonable care will be taken to ensure the safety of participants, The Harris Club and Grimscote Manor cannot accept responsibility for accidents, injuries, loss or damage to personal belongings during the session.
9. Changes to Sessions
The Harris Club reserves the right to make changes to session activities, dates or times if necessary. Families will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
