Cafe partners must agree to all of the below in order to be considered for participation in Eat for Impact.

I agree to offer plant-based milk in all lattes and cappuccinos every day and shift that my restaurant is open during the initiative at no extra charge to the customer
I agree to ensure that my business's participation is visible and that any drink specials featured are available to all customers during the month of the initiative
I agree to educate my staff about our participation in the Eat for Impact initiative to ensure that they are well-versed in its purpose
I agree to train servers and baristas to ensure that every customer who orders a drink special has the opportunity to pick up a passport (OK to carry it openly on the counter for counter service)
I agree to quickly and honestly report my sales in the end-of-initiative survey in the first week after the month is complete
If I am creating a drink special, I agree to submit the information (name, description, price, photo) no fewer than 10 days before the initiative begins
I agree to submit a photo of these specials to the organizing team no fewer than 5 days before the initiative begins.
I agree to host one (1) digital content creator/influencer (appointed by Planted Society) during the month of the initiative in order for my cafe or coffee bar to be individually featured on social media - I understand that these can be scheduled at my request, and that the drink will be provided free of charge.
