Code of Practice
This Agreement is made in compliance with the ABPI Code of Practice (UK) and the IPHA Code of Practice (Ireland). The parties understand that their relationship and any financial funding or non-financial benefit must be clearly acknowledged. Furthermore, the ABPI and IPHA requires Tillotts to publicly disclose its transfers of value to patient organisations, healthcare organisations, and individuals each year.

Disclosure

Tillotts processes personal data to comply with applicable disclosure obligations under the ABPI Disclosure UK requirements and the IPHA/EFPIA disclosure requirements in Ireland, as applicable.
- UK healthcare professionals:
  Your name, physical principal practice address, and annual total value of support is shared with the ABPI, who (having validated this data) will publish it on the Disclosure UK website. This publicly accessible database, managed by the ABPI, shows transfers of value from pharmaceutical companies to healthcare professionals. The ABPI’s disclosure privacy information is accessible HERE
- Irish healthcare professionals:
  Your name, principal practice address, and the annual total value of support provided will be disclosed in accordance with the IPHA Code of Practice and published as part of the IPHA/EFPIA disclosure system in Ireland. The IPHA disclosure privacy information is accessible HERE
Tillotts’ lawful basis for processing disclosure data is legitimate interests, in order to meet industry transparency requirements and increase public trust. You may object to your name being disclosed and request anonymous disclosure using the contact email here: dataprivacy@tillotts.com

You may still attend the conference if you request anonymity.
