Tiddlers - Baby and Toddler Sensory experience

Welcome to Tiddlers, a fun and engaging sensory play session designed especially for babies and toddlers. Hosted by The Harris Club at Grimscote Manor Hotel, these sessions provide a safe and stimulating environment where little ones can explore textures, colours, sounds, and movement through themed sensory activities. Sessions are planned and ran by experienced EYFS leaders.

Our sessions encourage curiosity, early development, and social interaction while giving parents and carers the chance to relax and connect with others.

📅 6-week block: Tuesday 14th April – Tuesday 20th May

 

Session Times

👶 0–18 months - 9:30 – 10:15am

 🧒 18 months – school age - 10:30 – 11:15am

 
Each session includes a variety of sensory stations and play activities designed to support early development and lots of fun!

🐠 Baby's/ toddlers aged between 0-18months = 9:30-10.15am

 

Session 2:

🐙 Toddlers/ children aged between 18months- school age = 10.30 - 11.15am

Payment Information
To secure your place in the Tiddlers sensory play sessions, payment must be made by bank transfer.

The costs:

6-week block is £38 per child.

Trial session is £8 per child.

Once you have submitted this booking form, we will send you the bank details required to complete your transfer. Please use your child’s name as the payment reference so we can easily match your payment to your booking.

Tiddlers Sensory Play – Terms & Conditions

 
By booking a place at Tiddlers sensory play sessions hosted by The Harris Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 1. Booking & Payment

Sessions can be booked for a 6 week block or a trial session.
The total cost for the block is £38 per child, a Trial session is £8 per child.
Payment must be made via bank transfer.
Your place is not confirmed or secured until full payment has been received.
If payment is not received within the stated time, your place may be offered to another family.

 
2. Refunds & Cancellations

 Once payment has been made, refunds cannot be issued for missed sessions.
If you are unable to attend a session, unfortunately the session cannot be transferred or refunded.
In the unlikely event that a session is cancelled by The Harris Club, an alternative date or credit will be offered where possible.

 

3. Illness

 Please do not attend if your child or anyone in your household is unwell with a contagious illness.
We ask that you follow the recommended 48-hour rule for sickness and diarrhoea before returning to sessions.

 
4. Supervision & Safety
Children must be supervised by their parent or carer at all times during the session.
The Harris Club cannot accept responsibility for accidents or injuries that occur as a result of unsafe behaviour or lack of supervision.

 
5. Allergies & Sensory Materials
Sensory play may include a variety of materials such as food-based items, water, sand, foam, and other textures.
Parents/carers must inform us of any allergies or sensitivities when completing the booking form.
While we take care in preparing activities, participation is at your own discretion.

 
6. Clothing & Messy Play
Sensory play can be messy. Please ensure children wear suitable clothing that you do not mind getting messy.
We recommend bringing a spare change of clothes and wipes/towel.

7. Photography
Photographs may occasionally be taken during sessions for promotional use on social media or marketing materials.
Consent will be requested on the booking form and images will never be used without permission.

 
8. Personal Belongings
The Harris Club cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to sessions

9. Changes to Sessions

The Harris Club reserves the right to make changes to session content, timings, or venue if necessary, although this is unlikely.
