1. Applications
- Application acceptance begins August 1
- Deadline to apply: October 15
- No applications accepted after November 15
2. Fees
- Apply Before Oct 15: $100 fee
- Apply After Oct 15: $50 late fee added
- Apply After Oct 30: $100 late fee added
- Exceptions:
- Car & Jeep Clubs: $250 for eight cars; $25 after that for each, up to 12 maximum
- NO FEES for Marion County Public School Units
3. Mandatory Packet Pick-Up Meeting
Each organization must have a representative attend ONE meeting:
- Nov 17, 5:30 PM – Lake Lillian Community Center
- Nov 18, 5:30 PM – Ocala Police Department (OPD)
- Nov 21, 11:00 AM – OPD
- Nov 21, 2:00 PM – Lake Lillian Pavilion
Important: If no representative attends:
- You will not participate in either parade
- No packet pick-up after these dates
- No refunds
4. Approval & Updates
- Approved applications are posted weekly under “Approved Applications” on the website
- Participants are responsible for confirming their approval online
