  • Important Participant Information

    Please read all details carefully.

  • 1. Applications

    • Application acceptance begins August 1
    • Deadline to apply: October 15
    • No applications accepted after November 15

    2. Fees

    • Apply Before Oct 15: $100 fee
    • Apply After Oct 15: $50 late fee added
    • Apply After Oct 30: $100 late fee added
    • Exceptions:
      • Car & Jeep Clubs: $250 for eight cars; $25 after that for each, up to 12 maximum
      • NO FEES for Marion County Public School Units

    3. Mandatory Packet Pick-Up Meeting

    Each organization must have a representative attend ONE meeting:

    • Nov 17, 5:30 PM – Lake Lillian Community Center
    • Nov 18, 5:30 PM – Ocala Police Department (OPD)
    • Nov 21, 11:00 AM – OPD
    • Nov 21, 2:00 PM – Lake Lillian Pavilion

    Important: If no representative attends:

    • You will not participate in either parade
    • No packet pick-up after these dates
    • No refunds

    4. Approval & Updates

    • Approved applications are posted weekly under “Approved Applications” on the website
    • Participants are responsible for confirming their approval online

    5. Key Reminders

    • Attendance at a packet pick-up meeting is required
    • Late fees assessed after October 15

  • Payment Information

    Select your unit type(s) to pay the application fee. Reminder: there is no fee for Marion County Public School units.

    1. Application fee is $100 per unit. If multiple units (i.e., a float unit and corporate fleet vehicles, it is $100 per unit; excludes cars/Jeeps).

    2. Application fee for Car & Jeep Clubs is $250 for eight cars; $25 after that for each, up to 12 maximum.

    3. To pay by check, payment must be received by deadline of November 15, 2026.

    4. Make all checks payable to Friends of the Christmas Parade, Inc.  Please include organization/unit name both on check and separately.

    5. Checks should be mailed to:

    6. To pay by credit card or with bank withdrawal, please check the box next to "Unit Application Fee" and submit the form. You will be taken to a PayPal processing page.
