Year 2 (Year 8), Year 3 (Year 9) and Year 4 (Year 10)

To complete this application, please ensure you have the following documents ready to upload:

• Your child's birth certificate
• Your child's passport (for non-Cypriot citizens)
• ID details for your child (for Cypriot citizens)
• ID or passport details for both parents/guardians
• Any documentation related to disabilities, learning difficulties, or medical conditions (if applicable)
• Legal documents assigning parental responsibility to one parent (if applicable)

Proof of Payment for the Application Fee (€100)

The American Academy Larnaca is not obligated to return students' Placement Examination scripts, nor to publicly disclose detailed individual grades.

By signing this consent form, you authorize the American Academy Larnaca to process your child's personal data—which may include name, address, email, and telephone number—for the purposes of administering the school's placement examinations. You have the right to access your child's personal data, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, request deletion of data that is no longer necessary, object to or request restriction of processing at any time. If you request a stop to processing, all further actions will cease, and any collected material will be subject to our data retrieval and retention policies. All personal data will be securely stored by the American Academy Larnaca in accordance with those policies.
