    Session Fee for Class A or Class B:  $270.00 ($67.50/Week)  
    Payment Due: By the first day of class

    CTRH accepts check, cash, or credit/debit payment via Square.

    *Credit/debit card payments are subject to a 5% processing fee. Credit card invoices will be sent to the email you provide once your registration is reviewed and class time confirmed.

    Important: Session fees must be paid in full, even if you anticipate absences (e.g., vacations or appointments). Missed classes are non-refundable and non-creditable unless they meet the “excused absence” policy below.

  • Attendance and Credit Policy:
    Each participant is eligible for one excused absence credit per session, which will be applied to the next session. To qualify, CTRH must be notified by phone at least 24 hours in advance of the missed class. No cash refunds will be issued for missed or excused absences. If a class is canceled by CTRH for any reason, a credit will also be applied to your next session. Please note: missed classes without prior notice are not eligible for credit, and participants arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a “No Show,” with class proceeding without them.

    Participant Attire and Safety Guidelines:
    For the safety of all, participants must wear long pants—shorts and capris are not permitted. Footwear must fully cover and protect the foot; Crocs, sandals, and open-toed shoes are not allowed during riding sessions. Participants should also be fever- and vomit-free for at least 24 hours before returning to CTRH to help prevent the spread of illness.

    CTRH Programming Weather Guidelines:
    Programming may be canceled or discontinued if the following occurs, but is still subject to termination per discretion of the onsite instructor or treating therapist. Cancellations will be communicated with a call to caregivers (or via an email if unable to contact via phone or voicemail) and posting on CTRH’s Facebook page as quickly as possible once determination has been made.

    Weather Conditions as follows:

    • The Milford School District being closed due to winter weather
    • Excessive Heat/Humidity might cause cancellation at the Instructor’s discretion
    • Cold Temperatures below 25 degrees might cause cancellation at the Instructor’s discretion (call if unsure).
    • Thunderstorms (driving rain, lightening or thundering)
    • High winds
    • Snow or ice falling from the top of the facility
