Please be advised that if an emergency service is deemed as homeowner caused (damage, lack of maintenance, etc.) or an act of nature (storm, etc.), a service charge could be imposed by the vendor upon service.
Unless this is an emergency, please allow us up to 2 business days to contact you for an evaluation of your claim. Windsor will make every effort to accomodate your schedule for requests. However, requests will be worked and resolved during normal business hours. Excluding holidays, normal business hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Please keep this in mind when requesting service, so to provide proper access.
Please provide as much detail as possible to allow Windsor to get you taken care of in a timely manner. A picture of your requested service is not mandatory for us to evaluate, but is greatly appreciated and could speed up the process.
Once you submit a request, you will be automatically emailed a ticket number to reference. Please utilize email when communicating with whomever is assigned, to ensure proper documentation. Your ticket will only be closed out of our system upon completion, merger with another outstanding ticket, or the request has been determined as not covered by warranty per your StrucSure warranty outline. In the rare occasions of not being allowed access, your ticket will be closed in our system after 2 weeks of no access and will need to be resubmitted when you are available to allow us access to get you resolved.
