The beautiful top-floor space at the Dovercourt House is available for rentals.
With its historic character, wooden floors, and bright open feel, the top floor space has long been a gathering place for creativity, movement, music, and community in Toronto. The space carries a special energy, a place where ideas take shape, people connect, and meaningful experiences unfold.
We’re excited to offer a limited number of rental opportunities for those looking to host something thoughtful and inspiring.
Available times:
• Saturdays from 3–6 pm
• Sundays from 2–5 pm
The space can be rented for one-off workshops or classes, short series, or longer-term offerings. The rate is $50/hour, and preference will be given to those able to book the full 3-hour block.
Location:
Top floor of 805 Dovercourt Road, conveniently located right next to the subway, with free street parking nearby. Please note that there is no elevator access.
Comfort:
The space is heated throughout the winter, and in the warmer months there are several fans and a lovely cross-breeze that moves through the room.
