• 2026-2027 New Student Housing Selection Form

This form is for new SMWC students only (incoming freshmen & Transfer Students), for the 2026-2027 Academic Year.
  • STEP 1: BASIC INFORMATION

  • Please select your student status:*
  • Are you a student athlete?*
  • PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ROOM BUYOUTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

All housing assignments are made based on the available room configurations, and students will be assigned to shared accommodations as part of the standard rooming process. While we understand that personal preferences vary, the current housing options do not include individual room selections or the ability to purchase a room to be occupied alone. Additionally, room consolidations may occur if there are vacancies or a need to balance room assignments.

  • It is strongly recommended that you purchase renter’s insurance or contact your insurance provider to discuss coverage options. Please note that Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. Renter’s insurance provides valuable protection for your personal belongings during your time on campus.

  • Meal Plans:

Residential & Commuter Meal Plan Information
  • RESIDENTIAL MEAL PLAN

All students residing on campus are required to have the Residential Meal Plan as part of their housing agreement. This meal plan ensures that students have access to essential dining services throughout the academic year. Students should be aware that opting out of this meal plan is not permitted for on-campus residents. Please note that the balance does not roll over to the next semester and must be used within the current semester.

    COMMUTER MEAL PLAN

Commuter students are automatically assigned a Commuter Student Meal Plan, which operates on a declining balance. However, commuter students have the option to opt out of the meal plan. If the meal plan is utilized or the opt-out request is not made by the deadline, the meal plan will remain assigned, and charges will apply. Please note that the balance does not roll over to the next semester and must be used within the current semester.

ATHLETE COMMUTER MEAL PLAN (NO OPT OUT)

Student-athletes who reside off campus and commute to the College will automatically be enrolled in the Athlete Commuter Meal Plan. As part of athletic participation requirements, commuter student-athletes are not permitted to opt out of this meal plan.
