Note: Register and pay before June 01st, 2026 to receive a free camp T-shirt, complimentary lunch (cheese pizza, chips, and a drink), and enjoy early drop-off from 8:15 AM — all included in the camp fee

Regular Full Day Program:

8.15AM/8.45AM TO 3.15PM $630.00/wk/(Lunch, snacks, drinks, & all mini breaks art project materials included)

AM/Half Day Program:

8.15AM/8.45AM TO 12.15PM $400.00/wk/(Snacks, drinks, & all mini breaks art project materials included)

PM/Half Day Program:

12.15PM TO 4.15PM $400.00/wk/(Snacks, drinks, & all mini breaks art project materials included)

Extended Day Program:

8.15AM/8.45AM TO 4.15PM $720.00/wk/(Lunch, Drinks, and Free LSA T-shirt and mini break art material included)

Note: To receive a free camp T-shirt, your child must be enrolled in the Extended Program for all 5 days or have registered and paid in full by June 01st 2026.
Snack, Drinks and freezies & all art materials for the T-shirt & soccer ball desgin art are included in the registration cost.

Dates. Enrollment requirement 5 days minimum. Price provided per day basis Regular drop off time 8.45am. Early Drop off 8.15am no charge.

WAIVER AND RELEASE

By signing below, I acknowledge that participation in London Soccer Academy Camp involves certain risks and that I assume all risks associated with my child's participation. I release and waive any claims against London Soccer Academy Camp, its employees, and volunteers from any liability for any injury, illness, or damages that may result from my child's participation in the program.

Camp Refund & Cancellation Policy – Summer Soccer Camp 2026

Cancellations:
Cancellations made 10 days or more before the camp start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 10 days before the camp start date will incur a $65 administrative fee per child, which will be deducted from the original payment.

Late Cancellations:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days of the camp start date or during camp days.

Medical Emergencies:
A full refund may be granted in the case of a medical emergency, provided valid documentation from a licensed healthcare professional is submitted.

Program Cancellation:
If the camp is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will receive a full refund.

Early Registration Bonus:
Free LSA Camp T-Shirt Offer: Submit both the registration form and payment by June 1st to receive a free LSA Camp T-Shirt (value $25). If the form is received before June 1st but the payment is received after June 1st, the free T-shirt offer will not apply. ⚽
