POOL OPENING POLICY

DUE TO LIMITED CREW AVAILABILITY DURING OPENING SEASON, NO ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT SERVICE OR REPAIRS WILL BE PERFORMED DURING POOL OPENINGS.

ANY EQUIPMENT ISSUES DISCOVERED AT THE OPENING MUST BE SCHEDULED AS A SEPARATE SERVICE CALL AFTER THE POOL OPEINING IS COMPLETED.

Within 1-2 business days you will receive an email confirming you are added to the OPENING list with your scheduled OPENING date. Please call the office at 419-999-1505 or email us at info@shawneepools.com if you would like to change this date.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Customer must do the following to be ready for their opening appointment:
- Ensure gates are unlocked and dogs are secured; a trip charge will be applied if we have to return, and the next available date may be weeks later.
- Provide access to auto cover switch (if applicable).
- Please note: Your email address will not be shared with anyone else.
