Payment and Cancellation

CAUTION: YOUR RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL COMPLETING THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT PROCEDURE. After receiving your reservation request, we will verify that the dates, times and weights you entered will work. We will then send you an invoice via the email that you entered on the form. Attached to the invoice will be a PDF confirmation form. Please check this confirmation to be sure that the details are acceptable to you. It is imperative that you closely examine this confirmation to make sure it is acceptable to you. If not, please call us immediately at 239-263-7258. Once you have verified that the travel details on the confirmation are acceptable, please go back to the invoice, enter your credit card information and make the payment via Square's secure network. When the payment has been accepted, you will receive an email from Square showing the invoice was paid. Until payment is accomplished, your reservations ARE NOT CONFIRMED.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 15 or more days prior to your flight will receive a full refund. Refunds are not provided within 14 days of departure. If Salt Island Seaplanes cancels a flight due to safety/weather or any other reason, clients will have the option of a refund on the unused portion of their ticket, or a rescheduled trip at a later time. Rescheduled trips will be on a space-available basis. We will work with clients to find alternate transportation, but cannot guarantee success.**
