Food Truck Warz is a state wide ultimate food truck competition where the best food vendors go head-to-head for bragging rights, grand cash prizes of $2500, and the title of champion best food truck of the state. Food Truck Warz – Vendor (Non-Refund Policy) !!!PLEASE READ!!!
All vendor registrations for Food Truck Warz USA are non-refundable and is at a first come, first serve basis. Once payment has been submitted your spot will be locked in for this event.
Vendor spaces are limited and reserved specifically for each participant. Because the event turns away other applicants after a space is secured, refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to scheduling conflicts, equipment issues, staffing shortages, travel complications, weather concerns, or failure to attend.
If a vendor chooses to withdraw for any reason, the registration fee paid will be forfeited. Vendor spots may not be resold, transferred, or reassigned without written approval from FunPro Events.
In the rare circumstance the entire event is officially canceled by the organizer (not postponed), vendors may be offered a credit toward a future FunPro Events event at the organizer’s discretion.
By registering and submitting payment, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to this vendor no-refund policy.
Vendor participation includes event promotion, competition entry, and trophies for 1 st, 2nd and 3rd place winners and a chance to win $2,500 best food truck in utah.

Vendor Requirements
• Valid State food truck license, permits, and insurance
• Compliance with all state health regulations
• Vendors must be self-contained and operational for the full event duration
• Vendors must arrive on time for setup and remain open from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
For Non Food Vendor - Non-food vendors may include:
Retail merchandise (clothing, jewelry, handmade goods, etc.)
- Arts & crafts
- Commercial product vendors
- Business service providers
- Community organizations (non-political)
- Event sponsors
- Brand activation booths
⚠️ No food, beverages, or edible items may be sold under a non-food vendor registration unless approved by management of Funpro events.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Vendor participation fees are (non-refundable)
• Attendee tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer
• If canceled, attendee tickets will be fully refunded
• Event details, including location, are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances
Sales Policy
All food truck vendors participating in Food Truck Warz USA must comply with the following sales policies:
1. Food & Merchandise Sales
• Vendors may sell only items that are approved under their current licenses and permits.
• All food sales are conducted directly by the vendor; FunPro Events does not handle or collect food sales.
• Vendors may sell branded merchandise related to their food truck (shirts, hats, sauces, etc.) if permitted by local regulations.
2. Pricing & Payments
• Vendors are responsible for setting their own prices.
• Vendors must clearly display pricing at their truck.
• Vendors are responsible for their own point-of-sale systems and payment processing (cash, card, or digital payments).
3. Revenue & Fees
• FunPro Events does not take a percentage of vendor sales.
• Vendors retain 100% of their food and merchandise sales.
• The participation fee covers event access, promotion, and competition entry only.
4. Tax Responsibility
• Vendors are solely responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting all applicable sales taxes.
• Vendors must comply with all state and local tax laws.
5. Menu Fairness
FunPro Events reserves the right to limit the number of vendors offering similar menu items to maintain variety and fairness.
6. Promotions & Discounts
• Vendors may offer promotions or discounts at their discretion.
• Vendors may not offer free food or incentives in exchange for votes for People’s Choice or any judging category if caught vendor will be disqualified.
7. Alcohol Sales
• Alcohol sales are strictly prohibited.
• No alcoholic beverages may be sold, served, or consumed on-site by vendors or attendees. this is a safe famliy oriented event.
Power & Utilities Policy
All vendors participating in Food Truck Warz USA must comply with the following power and utility requirements:
9. Power Responsibility
• Due to venue not able to provide power all vendors are fully responsible for providing their own power, including generators, extension cords, and fuel.
• No external power hookups will be provided.
10. Generator Requirements
• Generators must be in good working condition and capable of supporting the vendor’s operational needs.
• Generators (perferred) quiet or inverter-style but not limited to whenever possible to minimize noise.
• Excessive noise, fumes, or unsafe generator operation may result in relocation of the venue .
11. Electrical Safety
• All extension cords and power equipment must be rated for outdoor and commercial use.
• Cords must be properly secured and may not create tripping hazards.
• Vendors are responsible for maintaining safe electrical setups at all times.
12. Fuel & Refueling
• Vendors must bring sufficient fuel to operate for the full event duration (11:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
• Refueling during the event must be done safely and in accordance with fire and safety regulations.
• No fuel storage or refueling is permitted in public walkways or high-traffic areas.
13. Water & Waste
• Vendors are responsible for their own water supply, wastewater, and grease disposal in accordance with health regulations.
• Dumping of wastewater, grease, or trash on-site is strictly prohibited.
14. Utility Limitations
• FunPro Events is not responsible for power interruptions, equipment failure, or utility-related issues.
• Vendors assume all risk associated with their power and utility equipment.
15. Compliance & Enforcement
• Vendors not complying with power and utility policies may be subject to warnings, disqualification from judging, or removal from the event without refund.
Insurance Policy
All vendors participating in Food Truck Warz USA are required to comply with the following state insurance requirements:
1. Required Coverage
• Vendors must carry general liability insurance covering their food truck operations.
2. Proof of Insurance
• Vendors may be required to provide proof of insurance (Certificate of Insurance) upon date of event
• Failure to provide proof of insurance may result in denial of participation without refund.
3. Coverage Responsibility
• Vendors are responsible for insuring their own equipment, vehicle, inventory, staff, and operations.
• FunPro Events is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury related to vendor participation.
4. Liability Assumption
• Vendors assume all risk associated with their participation in the event.
• Vendors agree to hold harmless and indemnify FunPro Events, event staff, volunteers, sponsors, and venue owners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from vendor operations.
5. Non-Compliance
• Vendors who fail to maintain proper insurance coverage or violate insurance requirements may be removed from the event and disqualified from judging without refund.
Judging Rules
How food truck will be scored based on a 50 point system in the following areas:
Taste & Flavor (1–10 points)
Overall flavor, seasoning, balance, and how enjoyable the food is.
Presentation & Appearance (1–10 points)
Visual appeal, plating/serving style, and overall attractiveness of the dish.
Creativity & Originality (1–10 points)
Unique menu items, creativity of recipe, and originality of concept.
Quality & Freshness (1–10 points)
Ingredient quality, freshness, texture, and proper food preparation.
Customer Experience (1–10 points)
Service, friendliness, organization, wait time management, and professionalism.
People’s Choice Award
Attendees will also help decide the People’s Choice Winner. Guests will vote for their favorite truck during the event using the official voting poll method provided by organizer (via QR code).
Judging Process
Judges will visit each truck during the designated judging period.
Vendors must provide judges with a sample of one selected menu item (vendor’s choice or featured item).
All samples must be the same quality and portion served to customers.
Judges’ scores are confidential and final.
Vendor Guidelines During Judging
- Vendors may not offer incentives, gifts, discounts, or free food in exchange for votes.
- Vendors may not approach or pressure judges regarding scoring.
- Unsportsmanlike behavior toward judges, staff, other vendors, or attendees may result in point deductions or disqualification.
- Vendors must be open and serving during official judging times.
