    • All Media entries in the 2027 Parade will provide to the Pensacola Grand Mardi Gras Parade the number of promotional announcements, length of announcements, and dates of promotional campaign with this application.
    • All Media entries in the 2027 Parade will provide an affidavit of performance to the Pensacola Grand Mardi Gras Parade within 10 days following the Parade Date.**

  • Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement

  • In exchange for the right to participate in the Pensacola Grand Mardi Gras Parade ("the Parade"), the undersigned, a duly authorized representative of an organization participating in the Parade ("the Organization") as condition to participate in the Pensacola Grand Mardi Gras parade, held on February 14, 2026 to:

    1. Obey all instructions given by Parade Officials, Marshals, and the City of Pensacola Police Department;
    2. Obey all laws for the proper operation of a motor vehicle, including, but not limited to, no drinking of alcoholic beverages or being under the influence of mind altering substances;
    3. Be at the assembly point no later than 1:00 P.M. on February 6, 2027.

  • We understand and agree that if we do not comply with the 2027 Rules and Regulations of the parade and the instructions given to us by Parade Marshals, Officials, or the City of Pensacola Police Department, our participation in the parade will be terminated and we will not be permitted to continue in the parade.

  • Furthermore, in exchange for the right to participate in the Pensacola Grand Mardi Gras Parade (the "Parade"), the undersigned, a duly authorized representative of an organization participating in the Parade (the "Organization") agree that I have read and agree with the, 2027 Rules and Regulations and will indemnify and hold harmless the City of Pensacola, Pensacola Mardi Gras, Inc. and related entities, all agents, employees and volunteers of said organizations from any claim or expense of whatever kind or nature arising out of activities as a parade participant of the undersigned Organization and any of its representatives or individual participants. This indemnification and hold harmless agreement shall be governed in all respects under the laws of the State of Florida.
