Important: Payment is due when submitting this form. If payment is not recieved when the form is submitted a $25 late fee will be added. Please let me spend time on the photos, not tracking down payments!

When sending payment, please include your dancer’s first and last name in the payment note so we can match the payment with your order. Your dancer’s photo package is reserved once payment is received.

Note from the photographer
Hi dance families! My name is Katelin, and I’m the photographer behind Paper Locket Photography. I’m excited to be photographing recital portraits this year. My two daughters also dance at Super Stars, so it’s especially fun for me to help capture these moments for the studio community.

A few quick notes:
- Portraits will be taken before the recital while costumes and hair are fresh. Please plan to arrive 1 hour early if you’d like your dancer photographed.
- Group photos are taken during normal class time.
- Photo galleries will be delivered by email, typically within about two weeks after all recitals are over, but it maybe more depending on the amount of dancers.
- To keep things running smoothly during recital week, photo packages are standardized, and galleries are delivered after payment has been received.
- Images will receive artistic adjustments for color and lighting. Individual retouching is not included.
- Photo packages are non-refundable unless your dancer does not attend the recital and no photos are taken.
