Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the 2026 Holiday Soul Nutcracker Market. The Market dates are Friday, November 6th and Saturday, November 7th at THE BAYOU CITY EVENT CENTER, located at 9401 Knight Road, Houston, TX 77045 .

Friday: 12 pm-7pm & Saturday: 9am-5pm
VENDOR NOTE:
A Non-refundable $25.00 application fee is due at time of submission. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Market. You will be notified within 14 business days after application submission if you have been selected for the market. If selected for the market, you will receive more detailed information about setup day and time and how to make a payment for your booth. All booths are draped and include tables and chairs. Drapery and table skirting are black. We will contact you within 14 business days if you have been accepted into the market and then you will be invoiced the booth fee amount. Booth Fee is payable by credit card. ( Please select booth preference below).

10X10 Gold Booth- Mid Aisle (includes 1 table and 2 chairs) $400/day- $800 total
8x18 Platinum Booth- Front of Market (includes 2 tables and 4 chairs) $550 per day/$1100
10X10 Platinum Booth- Main Stage Center Aisle (includes 1 table and 2 chairs) $550/day- $1100 total
8x18 Gold Booth- Mid Aisle next to main stage (includes 2 tables and 4 chairs) $500/day- $1000 total
8 x18 Bronze Booth- Back Wall (includes 2 tables and 4 chairs) $450/day- $900 total
10 x 20 Platinum Booth- Front Door of Market(includes 2 tables and 4 chairs) $900/day- $1800 total
10 x 20 Booth- Mid Aisle (includes 2 tables and 4 chairs) $750/ day- $1500 total
Electrical outlet- $50
The market will be held on Friday, November 6th from 12 pm- 7 pm and Saturday, November 7th from 9 am-5 pm. You will be required to participate in both days of the market. No exceptions.

Acceptance Terms:
Selected vendors will receive an acceptance email and an invoice for their booth. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that a vendor needs to cancel, fees will be refunded in FULL if notification is received before September 1st. A cancellation received between September 1st- September 30th will be refunded 50%. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after September 30th.
