Momentum K9 LLC believes that electronic documentation is an incredibly useful training tool, and Client understands and agrees that Client and or Client’s dog(s) may be videotaped or photographed during lessons/consultations/workshops/events to enhance Client’s training skills. Such photographs or videos, including Clients and or Client’s dog’s likeness, image, voice, appearance, and written communications, may be used by Momentum K9 LLC for training purposes or website, social media, promotion, publicity, or other digital or written materials.
By completing registration and payment you authorize Momentum K9 LLC, the right and permission to use any photographs/video taken of myself and or my dog during training lessons/consultations/workshops/events now or in the future.
I acknowledge that any remote coaching or training sessions may be video or audio recorded and that Lauren Wendt and Momentum K9 LLC have the right to use the video and audio without the consent of the client.
