  • Thank you for your interest in becoming a Vendor or Exhibitor at Baldie Con™️ 2026.

  • Baldie Con™️ is a multi-day empowerment conference celebrating beauty, confidence, community, and culture. Our curated marketplace features brands across beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, and creative goods.

    Vendor and exhibitor spaces are limited and applications are reviewed prior to approval.

    If selected, you will receive an invoice from Bald and Free LLC. Your vendor or exhibitor space is not secured until payment is received in full.

    Vendor marketplace hours are currently expected to be:

    Friday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
    Saturday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
    Sunday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

    Setup begins approximately one hour prior to marketplace opening. Final schedule is subject to change.

    Vendor packages include:

    • One 6ft table
    • Two chairs
    • Up to two attendants

    Vendor pricing:

    • 3 days: $500
    • 2 days: $350
    • 1 day: $200

    Please note:

    • Meals are not provided for vendors during the conference.
    • Attendance at the Baldie Ball Gala and Sunday Jazz Brunch is not included in vendor packages.

    All vendor fees are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Vendor Setup Information

  • Each vendor space includes one 6ft table and two chairs. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own signage and branding materials. Table coverings may not be provided, so vendors are encouraged to bring their own tablecloths. Vendor booth locations within the marketplace area will be available on a first come, first served basis during vendor setup. Vendors requiring electricity should bring their own extension cords. Additional setup instructions will be shared with approved vendors.

  • Vendor Booth Breakdown for Baldie Ball Gala

  • Prior to the Baldie Ball Gala, the vendor marketplace area will transition for the evening event. All vendors must fully break down and remove their booth setup from the vending area before the gala begins, including tables, displays, merchandise, and equipment. A designated staging area will be provided where vendors may temporarily relocate their materials during the gala. After the gala concludes, vendors may move their materials back into the marketplace area and reset their booths in preparation for the Sunday Jazz Brunch vending period.
