Pretty Fit Wellness LLC – Liability Waiver & Media Release

I voluntarily agree to participate in physical exercise and training sessions offered by Pretty Fit Wellness LLC, including private or group classes. I understand that physical activity involves risks such as muscle strains, sprains, dizziness, abnormal heartbeat, or in rare cases serious injury.

I acknowledge that I should consult a physician before beginning any fitness program and that I participate at my own risk.

By participating, I waive, release, and discharge Pretty Fit Wellness LLC, including its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates, from any and all claims, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.

I also agree to hold Pretty Fit Wellness LLC harmless from any claims or costs related to injuries, damages, or medical treatment that may occur during participation. I understand that I am responsible for my own health insurance and any medical expenses incurred.

If emergency medical care is necessary, I authorize Pretty Fit Wellness LLC to seek appropriate treatment on my behalf.

Participants are responsible for any damages caused to equipment or facilities due to negligence or misconduct.

Photo & Video Release
I grant Pretty Fit Wellness LLC permission to photograph or record me during sessions and use these images or videos for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes without compensation.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for missed classes. A class credit may be issued and must be used within 30 days of the missed class.
