This is a curated event. The event will run from 10 am until 4 pm. Vendors must remain for the entire time. Each vendor must submit this form and at least three (3) digital images of your items for consideration. Priority given to AAWS members. Entries due by midnight May 3, 2026. Applicants notified of acceptance by May 12 and will be invoiced. Cost: AAWS members $20/non-members $40 due at time of acceptance notification. Payment must be received by May 18, 2026.

- NO resale items - All items must be created or repurposed by the vendor. No trademark, licensed, or "adult" images may be used.
- Applications are screened based on the type and quality of the products.
- Displays should be professional with floor length black table coverings. (tables and coverings available if requested upon acceptance)
- Spaces are approximately 6 x 8 ft. Space size will vary.
- Information packets will be emailed upon acceptance.
- Associated Artists of Winston-Salem and the Masonic Center are not responsible for any loss or damage to vendor property or merchandise.
