LBCO Work Site Information
Use this form to provide information for adding or modifying work sites within the BVS Digital Safety App.

The first few sections are site specific, then there is some info that is company specific and not changed for each site.

If fields are left blank or NA, these will not be shown in the App.

Changes marked as urgent: every attempt will be made to action these within 2 business days. There may be charges for urgent updates.

Changes marked as NON urgent will be updated within 3 business days of the cut off date the 15th of each month. One hour of updates is included with premium subscriptions.

This site is open from 7am - 7pm, Mon - Sat.

To work outside these hours please get permission from the site supervisor.

You are required to sign in daily QR code is located at the main site entrance. You will also see a link to sign in after completing your orientation.

Good housekeeping practices for Erosion and Sediment Control will be followed.

• Surrounding vegetation and trees needs to be protected.

• Cease earth moving activities during heavy rainfall and runoff events

• Any tracking onto the road to be cleaned daily and ensure traffic travels along pre-defined routes.

• Dewatering- The discharge of water containing clay, silt, sand or any other deleterious material into the storm infrastructure shall be prohibited without the proper approvals.

• LBCO will inspect (every 7 days) or after significant weather events (>12.5mm precipitation in

24 hour period) and maintain erosion and sediment controls.

• The disturbed vegetated areas will be re-seeded with Hydroseed/mulch as soon as possible with approved species
