Please use this form to register for after school enrichment classes. If you have more than one student enrolled at Cascadia, please fill out this registration form for each child individually. There are enrollment limits for each class, so registration is on a first come, first served basis. All classes will run from 3:30 to 4:30 PM on their respective days. Please note: Registration closes Wednesday, April 1, after which no refunds or credits will be issued. You will be billed via TADS then.
