  • TERMS OF AGREEMENT

This agreement confirms your participation as a vendor in the Erie Juneteenth Celebration, co-hosted by Erie's Juneteenth Celebration, the Booker T. Washington Center, and Erie's Black Wall Street. The event is set for Saturday, June 20th, 2026, in Perry Square between North Park Row and South Park Row. As a vendor, you are required to supply your own 6-foot table, chairs, tent, and generator if needed. Small business vendors are allowed to bring displays and stands, but please notify the event team if you plan to bring an additional table at the time of registration.

Your display should be as unique and creative as possible, although we request that loud music be avoided since entertainment will be provided. If you require electrical outlets for your equipment, this need should be specified at the beginning of this agreement. All vendors are advised to prepare for an 8’x8’ display area; should you require a larger space, please inform the event coordinator in advance.

Please be aware that Erie's Juneteenth Celebration, the Booker T. Washington Center, and Erie's Black Wall Street will not be liable or responsible for any damages, losses, injuries, or accidents that may occur to vendors, volunteers, or patrons on the exposition grounds. Additionally, these organizations assume no liability for any effects that products sold by small business vendors may have on patrons. Each vendor is fully responsible and liable for their products and their effects.

Access to the event space for vendors is available from 9:00 am, with the event wrapping up at 8:00 pm. Vendors have until 9:00 pm for breakdown. Participation is voluntary, and all rights to your products, services, and sales remain with you.

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $35 for reserving your vending space, and with only 50 spots available, it is on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, it is highly suggested that you arrive on time to secure a preferred spot. The Logistics Coordinator will initially assign vendor spaces based on the nature of your products, but you may request a different location, though this cannot be guaranteed. Payment is to be made via PayPal.

This event is a "Rain or Shine" occasion, and vendor compensation is not impacted by weather. If the event is canceled by the organizing bodies, this agreement is null and void, and vendors will be refunded in full.

As a registered vendor, you are entitled to use the promotional materials related to Erie’s Juneteenth Celebration and are welcome to submit promotional items for event marketing.

By submitting this form, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that the organizers are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during the event.
